So yesterday, I ran out of time to workout.
It was partially voluntarily..
I really had no time to workout between grocery shopping and going to the birthday party.
After the party was over (by 9:30..when originally I wanted to be home by 9), my friend whom had like 8 children over all between the ages of 1 1/2- 5 years old...was going crazy over the mess.
It was definitely a lot of fun, and it will be the same group of parents tonight at 80's night..definitely going to be a blast.
Anyway, with the mess from the pinata, balloons, and messes in the kids rooms, I felt compelled to stay and help clean up.
I felt really bad because there were marks all over her white walls and everything...so I helped her clean up the little pieces of pinata paper that were all over the floor and food and balloons that were popped.
I felt bad because she is a "neat-freak"..and she admits it.
So I was helping clean up and deflating all of the balloons..and making the kids laugh by inhaling helium...I know, not safe..but still it kept the kids from eating candy at 10 at night.
So I helped her get rid of the balloons and cleaned up, then Paul and I got our stuff together to leave by 10:45 last night...and we got home at like 11:15 (it's about a 45 minute drive home).
I've been doing really bad...
Although, I will admit..I only had 2 slices of pizza, and I couldn't even eat the cake..it was way too rich...but I had a cup of coffee instead.
Also, this morning...ugh..I binged on Orange Rolls...they are sooo good..omg..I had 3.
I am definitely going to work out soon, before I need to shower and get ready tonight.
Lunch is probably going to be salad...then we are having Porkchops for dinner tonight...
So..
B: Orange Rolls: 3: ugh..510 cal
L: Salad with Italian Dressing: 58 cal.
D: Porkchops: 244
Potatoes: 123
Total: 935 cal.
(No snacking because I had a late breakfast, working out, late lunch, early dinner..lol.)
Working out:
Elliptical 40 minutes: 518 cal. burned
Stationery Bike/Paddleboat thing 20 min: 212 cal burned
Weightlifting 20 minutes: 86 cal burned
Dancing tonight from 9-1..lol (2 hours I said): 777 cal burned..haha
Total: 1593 =)
Today is going to be a good day..
Have a great night!

New Changes to the Wedding Plans...
So Paul and I were talking..a lot..about some info we had received from the Priest at his parent's church (the church we will be attending from now on)..
The Priest had informed us that he is not able to do weddings outside of a church setting. The Priest at the Church we had been going to (that we aren't very thrilled with, after the deacon insulted the people in Dingmans Ferry..claiming that we were not intelligent enough to grasp Catholicism within a year and a half time.), had told us that Catholic Priests were able to do weddings at any venue.
Granted, I believe Paul's Priest (Father Gerald), over Father Paul (the one in Dingmans).
Needless to say, instead of having our reception at Catlin Gardens, which would be an hour away from the church...we may have it moved to some place closer.
They have a reception hall across the street, which was the older church before it was remodeled. We were thinking about that, but it needs some fixing.
Another thing, we were looking at Ehrhardt's in Hawley, PA...Not too far away from where I live...25 minutes about.
I know I still have some time, but I'm really organized and like to get things done and planned so if any issues arise, it can be taken care of or changed without having to be rushed.
I'm printing out the info and packages for Ehrhardt's actually right now as I am typing this.
It's 11 pages..lol..I'm sorry, Pauly!
Although it seems that with Ehrhardt's I would have more selections of meals, cakes, and whatnot than at Catlin.
That may be what we decide to do.
I know that no matter what I choose, it will be perfect.
I have faith that God will help to guide me through this process and I will make the right decisions with His help.
I have to get ready to leave though.
Updates to come...

Can I hack it?
I ended up gaining 2lbs...which is okay, because I think that I am just retaining water in my muscles..
Tonight is the birthday party...I also have to do some serious grocery shopping today..oh boy.
I think that even if we get home kinda late, I'm going to at least hop on the elliptical for a little while..I know for Lent I was going to work out for at least an hour...so I'm going to give it my best.
Or, if I have time between shopping and the party, I am going to do 30 minutes then and 30 minutes later...maybe that would help.
All I know is that I am going to do it.
So..here is what I'm taking in today...
No meat! No snacking in between!
Breakfast: Peaches N Cream Oatmeal (2 packs, because 1 pack just looks so puny sitting there by itself): 260 calories.
1/2 Glass of 2% milk: (I need to pick up more soy milk.): 61.5 cal
Lunch: Caesar Salad: 277 calories
Dinner: Cheese Pizza...Probably 1 slice: 192 calories
Dessert: Cake: ugh....chocolate cake, vanilla icing 1 small slice: 459...eeek.
Total: 1249...still not as much as I usually eat...
Although, to burn it off:
Elliptical: 40 minutes: 524 cal burned
The paddleboat thingy 20 minutes: 204 cal burned
Circuit Training (J.M. Shred 1) 30 minutes: 349 cal burned
Weight lifting 30 min (per DVD and free weights): 262 cal burned
Have a good day...gotta get ready to go shopping!

Update...
So I didn't do the DVD..
I did 20 minutes on the elliptical...then did another 20 minutes of a stationary bicycle/peddleboat type thing...yeah..I don't know what it's called..but it's cardio..haha.
40 minutes straight of cardio...
Then I did some muscle building...I did my inner thighs with a 5lb weight, and I pumped some 10 pounders for biceps, wrist curls, I did my calf exercise..and that might be it..lol.
I did a different weightloss plan on the elliptical to "shock" my body...because I was able to do Weightloss 1 for 20 minutes, then I was able to do it again...
So I changed it up a bit. =)..Which is always good. hah.
This weekend is going to be tough to watch my eating..Tomorrow is my friend's kid's 3rd birthday...
Pizza...A little bit of Alcohol (we're not irresponsible)...Cake...Oh boy.
I also have to go grocery shopping tomorrow...woo hoo...That was my sad attempt of computer sarcasm. =).
Anyway, Saturday is 80's night...Talk about fun...I know, I know, I wasn't born until the late 80's but I seriously think that I was born in the 70's in my past life because I LOVE 80's music.... =)
And 80's movies...The Breakfast Club...16 Candles...C'mon now!
Moving on, I'm actually really tired...lol.
So 80's night will be fun, I have been going to bed kinda early because of morning classes, but I don't know how I am going to stay up late...haha. I'm 20 and can't stay up late, what the heck?
So I weighed myself after working out, which probably wasn't good...but anyway I weighed 178..So technically, I'm normal.
Anyway, tomorrow is going to be pretty busy, but I will do my best to post either in the morning or when we get home.
Paul and I are going to go watch Sober House on VH1...
Have a great night! =)

I plan on kicking my butt again today....
I was talking to my fi today, and I told him that I may not go so overly crazy about working out my outer thighs...because I already have that huge quad muscle sticking out..lol.
It's pretty cool, but my inner thighs need to tone up a little more...so I think I will focus more on those tonight and the elliptical.
Last night I did a really kick-ass work out in the aspect of doing the elliptical for 20 minutes and topping out at 1,330 revolutions (which is like 105 more than usual), then Shred 1, then did some bicep workouts with a 10lb. weight (30 reps each), I did more ab work, I did some leg raises with a 10lb weight on them, then I did some inner thigh raises...
so what I may do is do more inner thigh raises, but have Paul hold the 10lb weight on my leg to put some more work into it (since with the way you lay..you can't really do it yourself..lol).
Afterward, I actually did some calf workouts..which is amazing if you have stairs...or even a couple mats....
It's really easy and it sculpts your calves quick...
Really, all I do is just stand on a step (or chair) and grip the edge of the step with my toes, and try to balance with the majority of the weight on my heel...
Then, I stand up on my tip-toes, then I relax to the beginning, then I stand on my tip-toes again..and I keep doing it until I feel a really good burn in my calves.
Literally, last summer I did this everyday for like a week, and I saw drastic changes in my calves...it was amazing....it also strengthens your ankle muscles...which I need (for all the tendonitis and tearing I have going on in my ankles)...
So..today...
I've been a tiny bit lax about my eating...
I've went on a serious cookie binge..well, like 4 cookies..
So...
I didn't really eat breakfast..but:
Snack 1: 4 Cookies ugh: 520..it was spread throughout the day though.
Lunch: French fries lol..yeah, I told you: 2 servings: 260 calories
Dinner: I had not even half of the half of the footlong tuna sub I split with Paul from subway..lol...so technically 1/4 a tuna sub with lettuce, light mayo, and pickles.: about 282 cals
Lemonade: 90 cal.
Snack 2: Maybe a yogurt...100 cal.
Total..Ugh...: 1252 cal. if I have the yogurt...
However, if I work out on the elliptical tonight for 40 minutes that will burn 518...
Weight lifting 30 minutes: 259 burned
Yoga 30 minutes: 108 calories
Shred 1: 345 calories
Total: 885...not even close to what I have taken in today...I may do the shred 1 tonight too.
If I do, that will make it 1230..close enough...=) those extra calories will aid to my energy...=)
Time to kick my butt!
I'll update later, or tomorrow. =)
Have a good night everyone, and happy Lent season.

I just had to post this...
I weighed myself...
182.3lbs
Which means that my BMI is 26.13..
Which also means that I am only 3lbs away from being at the top part of my "normal range"...130-179...woohoo!
9lbs away from my first goal weight...=)
Oh, and my Wii age was 21...which I will be, this September.
I broke it down, so when I reach the goal I start to feel better about myself, and it makes me want to work out even more...=)
And I am at the weight that I was at basketball...
A little more toning and I'll look the way I did.
I'm so excited!! =)

Reason why I gained the weight, and today is going to be a good day.
I woke up at 6:30 and was (and still am) in a great mood!
Granted, I'm not going to classes today because I just have waaaay too much to do but I plan on getting a lot accomplished today.
I woke up at 6:30, took my sister to the bus stop, came home, and instead of passing out on the couch in pain, I made coffee. =)
I started a cup of coffee and felt completely refreshed from all of my extra rest, and went through the list of things I was going to do today...
Clean (Which I already started, yes...at 7 in the morning...=))
Go to church for Ash Wednesday Mass (at 12-noon)
Go and get Colin's birthday gift(s)...He'll be turning 3..and he is sooo adorable. =)
Go to Wal-mart to pick up some sort of fish...probably just fish
sticks for dinner tonight..lol...or if I am feeling really good I may make salmon...=)
Also I have to get a new dish scrubber, some iron pills, annnd maybe some cookie mix, because I am sooo craving a chocolate chip cookie.
Then later, working out on the elliptical and doing maybe shred 1
Paul isn't going to his basketball league tonight because of Ash Wednesday so I get to spend the day with my love =).
Then tonight our show comes on at 9...We love Ghost Hunters and Ghost Hunters International...I know it may seem stupid or immature, but I believe that spirits are always around us, and the show just proves it.
Especially because I have had a few experiences..and I know this sounds creepy or stupid but I lost a very close friend of mine in October of 2007. He was on his way home from work late one night and ended up in a car accident.
The irony of it was that Paul wasn't living with me at the time, and he was going to leave my house around 11, and I asked him to stay a little longer, so he said Okay 15 minutes then I have to go.
Paul left at 11:15, and was the one to find the accident...he didn't know who the driver was, but called me shaken up because of how bad it was. I just told him to call 9-1-1 but to not touch the driver or the car. So the police were called and Paul told me it was a white car, so I didn't really think anything of it.
The next day I was on my way to get some food and I decided to call Derek to see if he knew (he's an EMT) who was in the accident last night. Straight to voicemail. It was strange because he was one of my best friends, and he knew if I was calling during the day, something happened, and I needed to talk. I didn't leave a voicemail.
I went to basketball practice, no problem. I was on my way home, and Paul had picked up my sister for me and was waiting at my house, he said that he asked his sister who it was, but she didn't remember the name (He was a senior.).
I pulled into the driveway and my phone rings...It was mom.
She had asked me if Derek was the one I did my Sociology Wedding Project with my senior year.
I broke down crying.
Then it all hit me...Derek used to drive a white Ford Contour...When his uncle passed away, in his will, he wanted to give Derek his black corvette for a graduation present, little did I know, the corvette was in the shop and Derek was driving his old car.
The police say that he fell asleep while driving, but when Paul was driving home one night he asked Derek what happened and out of nowhere, in the same exact spot of the accident, a deer jumped out from no where into the middle of the road.
Needless to say, his viewing and his funeral were the two hardest things I have ever had to do in my entire life...but the night before the funeral I had a dream about him, and we were talking about things we had never said in real life before...and it wasn't a conversation we would usually have..and it was about his accident.
I still believe that he is watching over me, and I can still feel him...That is why I believe that there are spirits that around us all of the time...
His death was the main reason why I gained the weight. Paul had delt with a death of someone close before, and he told me what his father told him...Don't drink your pain..If you have to choose..eat it away.
Weight you can lose, death you can't.
The first few days after his death, I didn't want to eat, I didn't want to drink anything..I just wanted to lay in bed and not do anything. I didn't really want to talk. I cried most of the time...
Then I took Paul's advice, I ate...and I ate...and I ate..constantly.
So now it's time to show Derek that I am okay, and I will be healthy, and I will live a life long enough for the both of us.
And,
This blog isn't meant to depress anyone.
It's been over a year, and I think about him every single day..but I know I can't let myself get so wrapped up in his accident, I need to move on and live my life, but to remember the memories and the type of person he was.
That has been a huge help, the memories. It has helped me to see the type of person I want to be, and ultimately it has shown me how precious life really is.
Since I have realized this, it has become the reason why I want to lose weight and become as healthy as I can.
Anyway, on to a more positive note...
I haven't really eaten anything yet, I'm going to weigh myself, but I have had coffee..lol.
I'll probably have a croissant, because I'm craving one...stupid Aunt Flo...
B: Coffee and 1/2 Croissant: 172 cal
S1: Probably water.
Lunch: Caesar Salad: 160 cal
S2:Chocolate Chip Cookies Probably 2-3 if I can contain myself lol: 260-390 eek!
D: Fishsticks and French Fries: 281+130=411 cal
Total: 1,003-1,133..not too bad. WebMd says my caloric intake should be around 1,702..so that's not too bad.
Also, pending my workout plans...
Elliptical (hopefully 40 minutes): will burn 529 calories (474 left to burn provided I only have 2 cookies..lol)
Weight lifting (per DVD I'd say 10-15 minutes for shred 1): Only 44, cardio may help it though (434 left)
Shopping: Non-Grocery 1 hr 15 minutes (both stores I have to go to): 254 calories burned (180 left to burn)
Church: Sitting 30 minutes: 44 calories burned, sitting in church..lol. I had no idea..haha (136)
Circuit training in general for 30 minutes (per Shred 1): 353
Technically I would be burning 1,224 calories.
Woo hoo.
Okay, it's almost 9 already so I have to get going...I have to wake Paul up..the Bum.
Have a great day everyone!!
